🧑‍💻23.09.2025: The first online meeting began with a brief welcome and a multimedia introduction to JDU, the project coordinator, followed by concise presentations from all partners. The main discussion focused on legal agreements, the project overview - including the website and cloud drive, as well as the proposed framework for collaboration between the coordinator and work package leads. Additional updates included outcomes from the Erasmus+ NA meeting, confirmation of contact persons, and plans for the upcoming kick-off event at JDU in Częstochowa, Poland.

🧑‍💻29.09.2025: Online meeting between UP, the WP2 Lead, and the project coordinator to discuss the launch of WP2 A2.2: Mapping of platforms and additional material, A2.3: focus groups, and A2.4: Bridging Gaps Competence Model.

🧑‍💻20.10.2025: Online meeting between UP, the WP2 Lead, CONFORM, and the project coordinator to discuss the launch of WP2 A2.2: Mapping of platforms and additional material. The findings will be proposed to the entire Bridging Gaps Alliance.

🧑‍💻08.12.2025: Online meeting between UP, the WP2 Lead, and JDU, the project coordinator, to discuss the WP2 process and the preparation of the A.2.2 desk research report.

🧑‍💻15.12.2025: Online meeting scheduled with UP, the WP2 Lead, CONFORM, and JDU, the project coordinator. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss preparing a face-to-face workshop for the project meeting in Czestochowa in January 2026. The goal is to transfer the findings from WP2 A.2.2 desk research to the focus groups, which will then enrich the Bridging Gaps Competence Model.
